Ingredients

  • 2 oz silver tequila
  • 1/2 oz Bruto Americano
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz passion fruit puree
  • 2 drops vanilla extract
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 can Zevia Cream Soda

Directions

  1. Combine tequila, Brut Americano, lime juice, passion fruit puree, and vanilla extract in a shaker over ice and shake.
  2. Strain mixture into other half of the mixer with the egg white, discard ice, and shake again.
  3. Double strain into a chilled Collins glass and top with Zevia cream soda. Enjoy!
