Ingredients

  • 1/2 can Zevia Cola
  • 6 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 1/2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp stevia
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Directions

  1. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cream of tartar, vanilla extract, cacao powder, and stevia in a bowl
  2. Add in eggs, Zevia Cola, and coconut oil and whisk until smooth
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease with more coconut oil
  4. Place dollops of batter in the skillet and cook until they begin to bubble
  5. Flip the pancakes and cook until both sides are done
  6. Optional: make a bear design using dark chocolate and coconut whipped cream
