Gingerbread Fizz

Pain d'épices pétillant

Le Gingerbread Fizz le plus festif. Simplement mélangé avec un sirop de pain d'épices maison, de la vodka vanille, du 50 %, du Kahlua et du Zevia Ginger Ale. Cette boisson réconfortante est si facile à préparer. Il suffit de mélanger le tout, d'ajouter un bord sucré et festif et de servir à vos proches.

Ingredients

Gingerbread Syrup Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar or stevia
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves

Gingerbread Fizz Ingredients 

  • 1.5  oz gingerbread syrup
  • 1 oz vanilla vodka
  • 2 oz half and half
  • 2 oz Zevia Ginger Ale
  • ½ oz Kahlua
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Vanilla Frosting, Crushed Gram Crackers. 

Directions

Gingerbread Syrup Directions

  1. Heat the water in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until hot but not boiling.
  2. Add in sugar or stevia and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Add molasses, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ground cloves. 
  4. Bring mixture to a boil, turn the heat down slightly and simmer until slightly thickened, about 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool. 
  6. Once cooled to room temperature, pour into your favorite syrup dispenser.

Gingerbread Fizz Directions 

  1. Place crushed gram crackers onto a small plate. 
  2. Dip the rim of a cocktail glass in frosting, ensuring that the entire edge gets well coated. Immediately dip the frosting-covered rim into the crushed gram crackers and set aside. 
  3. Fill a shaker glass halfway with ice, followed by the vodka, half and half, Kahlua, 1.5 ounces of gingerbread syrup, and Zevia Ginger Ale. 
  4. Give the drink a gentle stir to combine. 
  5. Strain mix into your prepared cocktail glass and enjoy!
