Zevia Ginger Root Beer Chocolate Chip Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 can Zevia Ginger Root Beer
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine Zevia Ginger Root Beer, agave, coconut oil, and vanilla and mix
  2. Add in almond flour and chocolate chips and mix together
  3. Divide into two small bowls or mugs and microwave for 2-2.5 minutes
  4. Top with ice cream, chocolate, nut butter, or whatever you desire
