1/2 oz Islay Scotch
1 oz coconut liqueur
1/2 oz lemon juice
3 oz Zevia Cream Soda
1 star anise

Directions

Add scotch, coconut liqueur, lemon juice, and star anise to a cocktail shaker. Shake to mix.
Pour mixture in a glass with ice and top with Zevia Cream Soda!
