Coconut Cream Soda Martini

Coconut cocktails aren't just a tropical weather drinks. Pour yourself up a simple and delicious no-sugar-added Coconut Cream Soda Martini no matter the weather outside. It'll transport you to a warmer place if you aren't in one already! 

Ingredients

Coconut Whipped Cream

  • 1 can coconut milk

 Coconut Cream Soda Martini

  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 2 oz coconut creamer
  • 1 can Zevia Cream Soda
  • spoonful of coconut whipped cream (instructions below)
  • handful coconut flakes

Directions

Coconut Whipped Cream 

  1. Refrigerate a can of coconut milk overnight.
  2. Open the can of coconut milk and scoop out the solid coconut cream. Leave the liquid coconut water.
  3. Beat the coconut cream on low with an electric mixer for 5 minutes. Increase speed to medium and continue whipping, scraping down the sides of the bowl occasionally. Drain any liquid.
  4. While the coconut cream may look curdled, keep whipping until smooth.
  5. When the coconut cream looks smooth and uniform, increase speed to high and beat until soft peaks form.
  6. Store coconut whipped cream for up to 2 days in the fridge. Remove from fridge at least 30 minutes before serving.

Coconut Cream Soda Martini 

  1. Combine rum and coconut creamer to a shaker over ice. Shake until combined.
  2. Strain mixture into a martini glass until half full and top off with Zevia Cream Soda.
  3. Garnish with coconut cream and coconut flakes. Enjoy.
