Fizzy Watermelon Lime Frozen Pops with Zevia Kidz Watermelon

Fizzy Watermelon Lime Frozen Pops

We may be back-to-school, but that doesn't mean we are out of the heat wave! With temps still in the upper 80's and higher most days, we are still enjoying all the frozen treats, and these Fizzy Watermelon Lime Frozen Pops are a good way to cool off or let the kids enjoy a refreshing treat after-school or even after dinner.

These frozen pops come together with just four ingredients: fresh watermelon, a splash of freshly squeezed lime juice, coconut milk, and Zevia Kidz Watermelon.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cubed watermelon (seedless)
  • 1/2 cup Zevia Kidz Watermelon
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (divided)
  • Splash of Lime Juice

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine cubed watermelon and lime juice. Pulse until combined, and watermelon is liquified.
  2. Add in the Zevia Kidz Watermelon and stir to combine.
  3. Next, divide the watermelon mixture evenly between two cups. Pour some coconut milk into one of the cups, reserving a bit on the side. This will cause you to have one more vibrant pink mixture and one light pink mixture, as well as the reserved coconut milk.
  4. Fill popsicle molds, alternating with the shades of pink and adding in coconut milk as desired to achieve a marbled effect as shown.
  5. Freeze pops in the freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight, and enjoy!
